These rules keep Vymeros safe, honest and useful. They apply to everyone who lists, buys, sells, swaps, messages or reviews on the Service. Breaking them may result in warnings, listing removal, or account suspension.
1. List only what you own
- You must legally own the item or be authorized to sell or swap it.
- Business sellers must be permitted to represent the business.
2. Be accurate
- Titles, descriptions, categories, prices, condition, quantity and specifications must match the item.
- Disclose defects, missing parts, salvage history, and any known issues.
- Use your own photos of the actual item whenever possible.
3. Set fair prices
- AI estimates are a guide, not a floor or ceiling.
- No price manipulation, fake bidding, or misleading “was/now” claims.
4. Communicate respectfully
- No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination.
- Keep negotiation, offers and swap discussions inside Vymeros so we can help if something goes wrong.
5. Follow the Prohibited Items Policy
Do not list, offer, request or swap items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or restricted. See the Prohibited Items Policy for detail.
6. Reviews and ratings
- Reviews must reflect a real interaction.
- No fake reviews, coordinated ratings, or retaliation.
7. Reporting
- Use the Report button on a listing, seller or conversation to flag concerns.
- Provide accurate context. False or malicious reports may result in action against your account.
8. Safety first
- Meet in public places, inspect items in person, and never send payment or items sight-unseen to strangers.
- Vymeros does not currently hold funds — you exchange directly with the other party at your own risk.
9. Enforcement
Vymeros may edit, hide or remove listings; restrict features; and suspend or terminate accounts that break these Rules or the Terms of Service.
